By placing an order with Wildfire & Sage you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Payment: Payment is accepted through square, cash, or check. Wildfire & Sage will provide a final order invoice to include all product and shipment cost, prior to order shipment. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received. All sales are final.
Order Minimums: Opening Order $200
Production & Shipping: Due to the handmade nature of the product line, the time from order to product shipment or availability can take up to 14 days. Special or large orders can take up to 30 days production time. We will make every effort to be prompt. Orders will be shipped via USPS and final cost will be calculated based on size/ weight of shipment.
Returns: If an item reaches you damaged, a refund will be issued for the wholesale price, or a replacement product can be sent at no shipping cost. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Returns of damaged items must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of items to be eligible for refund or replacement. Wildfire & Sage may request a return of damaged products at no shipping cost.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cancelled beyond this time are subjected to a 30% restocking fee
Because products are made with all natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives, products have a recommended shelf life of 1 year. To preserve quality, products should be kept in a cool dry location out of direct sunlight.
